Shipping
All deliveries are strongly recommended by appointment only with the exception
of small/large furniture packages as per noted description on mentioned product
guide line. Once shipment is in the circle of Mumbai/Navi Mumbai destination
than the carrier will contact customer directly for an appointment time.
Small/large packages are delivered by the available logistic services such as
Fedex/Blue dart or as per the furniture trade policy at our regular shipping and
processing fees depending on the shipping service level chosen. Customers
essentially present to sign for the packages when packages/parcel brought at the
final destination. If carrier is initiated to leave shipment without signature, all
damage rights will be ignored.
Indian mainland domestic shipment time is approximately 7-10 business days
from the day your order is shipped. If any additional delay will be noticed, we will
notify this by customers mail, email, or telephone. All packages are drop-shipped
out of Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, India.
Please note, items ordered in the same transaction (more than two order
deliveries) may not reach in the same package or on the same day. This may be due to
larger and smaller packages being delivered by different carriers. In some
instances, transporters are unable to fit all packages on one truck, leaving
remaining items on the next shipment. If this problem ascends, please notate the
missing items on the carrier’s signature form so as to have record of the missing
pieces and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. We will keep this
in records and trace the remaining box(es) as quickly as possible and will notify
you of your order’s status. Here we assure you to deliver the missing items in next
48 hours by the medium of speed transport services.
All boxes must be inspected for damaged and noted to the driver at the time of
delivery. If there is concealed damage, Furniture Trade must be notified
immediately (within 24 hours) of the damage and digital images must be emailed
to complaint@furnituretrade.com
It is possible to preorder a backordered item, meaning stock of the piece has
temporarily run out. Preorders will be put in a queue in the order in which they
are received and will be transported out as soon as when the pieces become
available.
For shipping to all metro cities out of Mumbai and Navi Mumbai circle like Delhi,
Jiapur,Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad,Visakhapatnam, Ahemedabad,Surat ,Pune etc.

Furniture Trade Shipping Levels
STANDARD DELIVERY offers curbside or first dry area delivery with a delivery
appointment. If the destination is an apartment or multi-unit building, the order
will be delivered inside the entrance to the building, but not to your apartment
door. The typical delivery window is 3–10 business days from the day your order
is shipped. Standard Delivery does not include unpacking, assembly or removal of
packing materials. Saturday, Sunday, after hours, specified tight delivery windows
and holiday deliveries are also available for an additional charge. Delivery
activities will not be supplied for small packages shipped through Fedex or Blue
dart.
PRIOR SIDE DELIVERY customers have the option of this shipping service, Please
specify this in the “Order Notes” section at checkout indicating which delivery
windows you prefer (12:00pm – 3:00pm or 3:00pm – 6:00pm PST). Such orders
must be submitted before 5:00pm PST. Customers will be contacted by the
shipping carrier approximately 20 minutes prior to delivery to ensure someone is
present to sign for the package(s). Saturday, Sunday, after hours, inside/room of
choice delivery, specified tight delivery windows and holiday deliveries are also
available for an additional charge. This delivery service is not a part of STANDARD
DELIVERY .
INSIDE/ROOM OF CHOICE DELIVERY is available for an extra ₹3500 and offers the
same shipping window and services included in our Standard Delivery service,
plus, your delivery will be brought in and placed in your room of choice. We
recommend this service to customers in apartments & multi-unit buildings. Room
of Choice Delivery does not include unpacking, assembly or removal of packing
materials. It also does not include moving of existing items. Saturday, Sunday,
after hours, specified tight delivery windows and holiday deliveries are also
available for an additional charge.
WHITE MOON DELIVERY includes a delivery appointment, inside delivery,
assembly and placement in your room of choice and removal of all packing
materials. The delivery window for WHITE MOON service is typically 2–4 weeks
from the day your order is shipped. Due to size, weight or fragility, we
recommend the use of WHITE MOON service on select items (noted in their
product descriptions). WHITE MOON Delivery does not include wall mounting,
electrical or structural changes. Deliveries requiring cranes or window removal
are not available. A charge of 10% of your order total will be applied upon
choosing WHITE MOON Delivery. Saturday, Sunday, after hours, specified tight
delivery windows and holiday deliveries are also available for an additional
charge.
